Marie, Hanza and the rest of the staff were amazing lovely and made the stay a little better. On the beach stepped in and moved our hotel and we can enjoy the rest of the holiday!! If you're considering this hotel, I strongly suggest you lower your expectations. The rooms are very outdated, no AC, and the mattresses are sat off the floor on what to be looked like ironing boards. The hotels main problem is it attracts a very specific type of clientele. Picture groups of people and family's straight out of a Jeremy Kyle show—loud, rude, swearing around children abusing the all-inclusive drinks all day and completely uncaring about anyone around them. It made the whole atmosphere unbearable at times and for that reason we spent every day on trips out or to the beach away from the hotel. Campeón for the food, although it was edible. It was a bland, unappetising mess—chips and bread were the only things you could reliably count on. Everything else was just slop. We don’t mind basic food, but this was below even that standard. If you’re booking this at a very very cheap price, you might be able to tolerate it, but DO NOT book through a holiday company or travel agent that hikes up the price. We paid nearly £1900 for 5 nights here, and it wasn’t worth a quarter of that. It was a complete rip-off. On a positive note, the staff were very friendly and smiley and worked hard, but unfortunately, that couldn’t make up for the outdated rooms and food.

Would not feed it to the wild bore up the street. rooms are very very dated with crack tiles all over the floor bathroom bodged. fridge don’t work, no English TV channels. flush in toilet does work so have to wash your stuff down with a bottle of water. no plugs in the bath or sink. room damp it’s a disgrace to say it is all inclusive hotel don’t waste your money.

The activities were really good. Best was the Prague medieval meal, the island trip in Venice and the wine tasting. Tour leader was lovely and meant I didn't have to think about anything stressful ? The group was really nice and just had a really amazing time. Looking to book one for next year too yay ?

The hotel is clean, beautiful, and well-maintained, with a hardworking and personable staff. I stayed in room 3318 and want to highlight my cleaner, Mohamed (Adam). He did an exceptional job, creating beautiful decorations on the bed and ensuring my room was fresh and spotless every day. Mohamed is friendly, diligent, and a true asset to the hotel. Thank you for your care and dedication! In the main restaurant, I’d like to give special mention to Thomas and Mahmoud. Before I even sat down, a bottle of water was always ready at my usual table. Their attention to detail and thoughtfulness truly stood pasado. All the waiters were kind, professional, and friendly, and it was a pleasure interacting with them. Thank you for taking such great care of me! I also want to thank the beach waiters (whose names, unfortunately, I forgot) for their lovely service. They were attentive and ensured I was never without a drink. Additionally, Ibrahim, the lifeguard at the back and near the slides, was a kind and approachable person. All of them work incredibly hard, and I hope their efforts are recognized by the hotel management. However, I do want to point out a few areas for improvement. The food at the main restaurant was not very varied and, at times, lacked flavor. I’m not a picky eater, but I struggled to find dishes I truly enjoyed. The morning pancakes and waffles were delightful, and I did have a good meal with noodles and beef once, but overall, the quality and variety need improvement. Lastly, I’d like to address a sensitive issue: some staff members seem to assume that a solo female traveler is automatically interested in male attention.
